Cheap fast shipping and a great tire. Will buy again
I wanted a front tire that had a soft enough compound that it would hook at the drag strip but with enough longevity that I could still take turns on my 600 or ride in the rain without being worried. Works like a charm!
Just now got the front to match me shinko 005 rear. As expected i was super happy. Combined they hold there lines and brake well. i would recommend this tire to anyone looking for replacements.
I bought a set of these tires when I bought my bike back in june and put alot of miles on them (about 3500) and the front is holding up great, but the rear is wearing down pretty good, but I did quite a few braked burn outs with it too so that is the main reason. Great tire set for under 200 but I didnt want to test the lean on them too much either so take it for what its worth
I tried these on my VFR when the conti road attack became more expensive. They work well in turns but the sides wareout and the center still has many miles left. If straight roads are a big part of your ride, by all means try a set. About 5200 miles on last set. I used several sets and as long as you can get a set delivered for under $200 they will be my next set also.
i had one on the front of my 2006 gsxr600 and its a pretty good tire for doing stoppies.. i wore it right down to the steel belts and obveously it wasnt so good once it started gettin down to bald, but its a nice combintation between soft and hard tire, its pretty sticky and it still has a some what respectable tread wear
