Love the adjustability and power out put was great with all my other mods on my 2003 Kfx 400,but it only lasted a summer then it became hard starting and over fuelled the engine thought it was carb issues,back fire with flame out the pipe a new battery had helped but I installed the oem rev box and would rather it be reliable than extra powerful.if you got money to waste then I'd give it a try but don't throw the oem box out!!

Have not noticed a huge difference, although it does rev higher, seems like it has a little more top end now, but my friends wont race me :-)
I purchase this rev box for my 05 trx450r. It only lasted for 4 hours. After that my quad would not start at all. I put the stock CDI box back in and it fired right up.....DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS ONE!!!!!!
THIS BOX IS THE BIGGEST PEICE OF garbage EVER STUCK IT ON MY HONDA 450R, AND IT WOULD NOT START AT ALL, I WOULD HAVE TO PUSH START IT TO GET IT START, DOO NOT BUY THIS BOX WASTE OF UR MONEY FOR SURE
this box is junk, after i put it on my bike was a real pain to start so i fig carb probs, nope rev box. i put a spark tester on it and it's a very faint weak spark, put the stock box on real bright spark. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT IS GARBAGE
this little box will do soooooo much good for your quad..i put this on my yfz and it pulls harder now. deff will recomend to buy this after a pipe upgrade. just makes things so much better
I got this for my crf 150f and it works great! Very easy to install, does increase the rev limit to a decent extent, and has a tiny bit more throttle response. Gave my bike a good over-rev for coming out of corners, because my bike doesnt have the best low end punch its good for keeping the engine in high rpms.Great buy for $60!
I bought this for my crf 50 and this thing works i can feel that my bike got more throttle response and alot more top end. I didnt have any problems with it eather the first kick it was started. This is a very good product
A snap to install and started right up . Increases the upper rpm's. Only thing different is that it is a different size than stock so it may bounce around a bit.
I bought this for my bike to give it a little extra juice and boy did it! i dont know why every one else had problems with theirs but i installed in no time plugs right in started right up with no problems and runs like a scalded ape!would highly recommend for anyone riding trails or something like that.
This product sucks I bought it for my crf450r the thing is fine 1/4 thottle after that its junk 1/2 thottle to wide open the thing is worth less don't buy it makes your motor run like junk. My motor ran great BEFORE I put this rev box in!!!!!!!
this thing is horrible when i put it on my bike and tryed starting it nothing happend so i figured it was my battery but no the box caused my fuse to blow so i tryed it againand it blew another fuse i put the stock on back on and it starts right up. somone tell me why or i rate this thing junk
it was a good product but it was a pain to get it in but it was worth the trouble
My 2002 XR400 had a flat spot in the bottom end. I installed the box, which took all of about 30 seconds. It now starts easier, and the flat spot when I gun it at low r's is gone!
I was hesitant to buy this product becasue of the past reviews. I own a TRX450 and a CRF450 and bought one for both. I was very concerned because when I first installed it on the TRX450, it took forever to get it to start. Usually this bike startes on the second kick. After about 20 kicks, it started and I rode it for an hour. WOW !! it was like night and day especially with a difference in second and third gear. Now it starts normally just like before. I can't explain why it worked like that, only that is how it worked. For the CRF450, same install and start proceedure, but OMG the throttle response was off the charts. I had a buddy ride it for review as well because he has rode my bike a lot in the past and he was more impressed than I was !!
plugged it into the bike (kx250f) and the bike would not run... plugged back in the stock ignition and it started first kick, may just be a faulty unit but im not sure.
This product worked very weel with the powernow valve. I also had a fmf 4.1 pipe on, the bike was smoother and more tractable.
Also WB did go out of business.
