These clutch levers are designed to mount directly into the O.E.M. perch, saving the consumer a considerable amount of money over the complete clutch perch assembly. Another benefit is that the leverage ratio for each model will be matched exactly to the O.E.M. lever. This means there will be no adverse effects to the clutch life or actuation. The release of the DirectFit Intellilever allows Renthal to provide fitments for hydraulic clutch equipped models.

  • Fits O.E.M. clutch perch.
  • Lever utilizes O.E.M. leverage ratio.
  • Light overall weight.
  • Slim ergonomic lever blade.
  • Updated lever pivot joint.
  • Includes new lever shroud.

I got the clutch and brake levers. I figured its money well spent. They are not to much money either like so-me of the other levers.

Intellilever Gen2 Review

Just put these on my KX450. I really like them, easy to put on, work great and survived my first crash with no problem. I wish they came in a variety of colors both the levers and the covers (grey is pretty dull what were they thinking)...

Good product-but not as complete as suspected

It is a good thing that you can buy just the clutch blade for your KTM or Magura equipped other brand of bike, i have it on my CRF 450 -12, with a Magura kit on it. But when you pay as much money for just the cluch lever (this is without the bracket, you would expect it to be "bolt on" and complete. That is not the case with the "Intelli lever" you have to take your "old" Magura lever off and punch out the pin ("punch tool" included) that locks the adjusting thingy and mount it to the new lever. After that you would have to punch the pin in to your new Intelli lever with a hammer. I think that Renthal should re-think this, and include the (must be, sheap) adjusting thing. Ones in place, this is a very good item ! Especially for all hydraulic ecuipped bikes, because it is not sheap to replace the hole hydraulic bracket in case of a crash that brakes it !

Will Renthal's Intellilever clutch lever fit a 2013 Honda CRF450 with a Magura system?

Yes. This should work perfectly with the Magura Hydraulic Clutch System on your 2013 Honda CRF450R. Our website only lists this lever for KTM models, but there is just one lever that fits all Magura Systems. In order to add the item to your cart you would need to select a KTM model the lever fits (for example, a 2013 KTM 450SXF). Then just be sure to switch you selected ride you are shopping for back to your Honda if you continue shopping. Or feel free to give us a call at (888) 676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with this.

Will this lever fit on an aftermarket magura hydraulic clutch assembly?

These are made for the Magura Set up for KTM's which actually should be the same lever as your Magura Hydraulic Clutch set up. The only thing is according to our website this would only fit KTM models, if you are shopping with your CRF450R selected as your bike it will say it does not fit. The only way around this would be to select a KTM model that this lever fits (2013 KTM 450SXF for example) and then add it to your cart. Then just make sure to switch your selected ride back to your Honda before adding other parts to the cart. Or feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.

Unfortunately the Intelllilever will not fit your 2006 KX85. We do have some ASV folding levers that will work on it though. These will fit great and will fold out of the way if you tip over similar to the Intellilever. Make sure to profile your bike so you receive the correct levers as they are model specific.

Does this lever have a replaceable bushing for clutch lever slop?

Renthal does not specify that the bushing is replaceable, nor do they offer a replacement bushing. You may be able to press the bushings out and press in a new one of the correct size though.
