Worth the money

Installed on my crf250 and they fit perfect and really help with cooling, plus they look cool too. they also work well with the Devol rad gaurds (atleast on an 07 crf250)

Nice Cool Down

took out my stock radiator in a crash and bought the PWR's. they were kinda hard to put on my 450 but once they were on the bike it ran 10 times cooler and they give the bike a nice factory look

Money well spent

after crashing in a whoops section and destroying the left radiator, these were only $100 more than one stock radiator!! they are also much more beefy than stock and keep the engine running very cool, perfect fit on my RMZ 450

Great Product

a bit expensive but well worth it. actually was the first thing i bought for my bike and i will continue buying for every bike i own. so much bigger than stock and i would never trust those flimsy stock rads on my bike esp with how hot they get. these hold much more coolant and provide a signifacant cooling gain over stock!

Perfect Fit

The Fit and Finish are awesome, they bolt right up and are compatable with the Devol radiator guards.

Q: Difference between CRF 450X and R radiatiors?
Will these fit a CRF 450R if they are listed for a CRF 450X, is the only difference the hole for the temp sensor?

A: no, those two bikes actually have different radiator setups. The 450X runs a larger radiator.

A: these are only sold in pairs. You can try to contact PWR and see if they will just sell you the side you need, but from us it would be the pair.

A: You don't have too but I would recommend upgrading to some CV4's or PWR hoses.

Q: How much more heavyer are they compared to the stock units on a yzf 250?

A: Well, unfortunately PWR doesn't list any specific differences in weight from OEM radiators, but I would probably expect that these are somewhere around 2lbs heavier than your stock radiators (filled). Keeping in mind that your question of weight is really bike specific I certainly can't guarantee that this is a perfectly accurate estimate, however 1.5 to 2lbs seems to be a reasonable and practical difference in weight.

Q: PWR Radiators for a 2006 YZ250?
Has anyone installed PWR radiators on a 2006 YZ250? PN PWR 5105,5106 says it fits a 2004 and 05 YZ250. The Yamaha OEM part numbers are the same 04 - 09 so I'm thinking these will work. Can anyone confirm...

A: Well, I haven't personally dealt with these PWR radiators on a YZ250......but that's just due to the fact that I don't ride a Yamaha! With that said, if the stock radiators were the same for 04', 05' and 06' YZ250s, then I don't see any reason as to why they wouldn't work for your bike. However, after having checked the listings on PWR's website, they show completely different part numbers for 2004, 2005 and they don't even have a listing for 2006. All in all, I ended up giving PWR a call and they said that they don't have radiators to fit an 06' YZ250, so ufnortunately it doesn't sound like they make radiators to fit your bike. Sorry....

A: The radiators from PWR do fit from 2002 thru 2007, YAMAHA part# are the same thru these years. I called PWR myself also they said the same thing but told me the reason is they didnt have a newer 2-stroke to R&D. I own a 03 YZ and a07YZ250 smashed the left rad. on the 07 ad took the rads off the 03 and they do fit-FACT! The person that answered the ? didnt do his homework and is wrong.Last but not least i bought rads from MOTOSPORT and there on the bike...BINGO!!!!!
