Will this setup support a 300lb rider and 120lb passenger, lowered 2" with a 6" stretch without bottoming out?

For this application on your 2008 Hayabusa, this would not be an optimum setup. The shock will not be valved or sprung for the weight combined with the stretch. Just the 6 inch stretch will add a lot of leverage and make the shock feel much softer. If you contact a suspension company such as Race Tech, they can re-valve and re-spring your stock shock to work for your application. Race Tech can be reached at 951.279.6655
