The original Pro Circuit Works Pipe offers unparalleled performance and power for every two-stroke application. It was developed to get you and your dirt bike to the finish line with a few extra style points. Increased horsepower and torque gains will quickly be noticed across the entire RPM range. Top quality craftsmanship from Pro Circuit is what goes into constructing every hand welded and pounded Works pipe. The unplated, oiled metal finish requires some maintenance, but really gives your bike that "Works Look".

  • Stamped AKDQ high-quality carbon steel construction.
  • Hand welded and pounded seams.
  • Reinforced mounting brackets and stinger.

Works

I was hesitant to get this pipe because of the extra maintenance but it's turned out to not be an issue. I had a Platinum before and when it needed replacing the Works finished pipe was 30 bucks cheaper than the platinum. The works looks better on my Suzuki and has the same good power delivery as the platinum. Just make sure you wash your bike after every ride and wipe the pipe down with some WD40, Power Lube, Gun Oil, or anything along those lines while the bike sits to keep it from rusting. (Unless you live somewhere with 0% humidity 365 days a year)

Best Pipe

This is the second Pro Circuit Pipe I have installed on my last two bikes. The first was a Works Pipe on a CR500. My current KTM 300 XCW, runs great with this pipe! Top end pull is better than the stock pipe, which I think may be made for KTM by FMF. Installation was approximately ten minutes and the fit was better than new! I recommend anyone looking for a great looking pipe that delivers the power to look at Pro Circuit. Have a great ride!

Great Pipe

Its a great pipe, you can easily notice power and pull increase, plus It sounds amazing. The FMF Factory Fatty is just a little bit better but mostly the same. The pipe needs oil on it to stop rusting, but thats the only flaw really.

Unfortunately Pro Circuit no longer offers a Works pipe to fit the 1998 Honda CR250. However the Pro Circuit Platinum Pipe is available for the 98 CR250.

Honda used a 1 year only motor design in 2004 for the CR125 with the electronic RC power valves. Another other year of pipe will NOT work with this motor.

Knowing this is a works pipe what will be the maintenance and durability?

Yes the unplated, oiled metal finish does require some maintenance. But really gives your bike that "Works Look". Some WD-40 and a scotchbrite pad will keep it looking new.

Unfortunately, Pro Circuit does not list exact horse power gains for their pipes. You can expect a noticeable gain in power through out the entire RPM range.

Pro Circuit does not offer the "works" pipe for the 2002 Honda CR125. They do however offer the "platinum" pipe for your bike.
