Header Pipe

Purchased this Header Pipe for my KTM 450 SXF 2008. This was a two piece header that was very easy to install with OEM exhaust and I am also using it with a FMF exhaust.

The pipe did open up the mid-range a bit, has a great collar on the Header.

This is a very well made product, time will only tell about durability.

I would highly recommend this header pipe.

A: It would possibly fit with no issues however fitment compatibility can not be guaranteed between the two different brands.

A: Yes. The image is a generic image supplied by the manufacturer for reference only. It may not be displaying the exact part for your bike. Just be sure to correctly select the Year/Make/Model of your bike before ordering so we can be sure to send you the correct header for your bike. Also, feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.
Q: 04 crf250r titanium header????
I have an 04 crf250r with a titanium header already on it. The header pipe has a major dent though that is blocking almost all airflow for the exhaust. Are there any other titanium headers that will fit an 04 crf250r??? Everthing i see is only stainless steel and not titanium. I dont care what brand it is, just a titanium header is what i want

A: Pro Circuit does offer a Titanium Head Pipe (4H04250RH-TI) for your 2004 Honda CRF250R that will fit the stock OEM silencers or any Pro Circuit Slip-On Silencer. If it is available through one of our suppliers, we would be happy to order it for you. Please contact one of our sales professionals to inquire about special orders and availability.

Q: What does the product look like?

Hi, I am trying to find a replacement header for my 2005 Honda CRF450R Pro Circuit Ti-4 exhaust system. According to your title this is the correct product, but the photo looks nothing like mine. I was wondering is the photo the actual product? Would you be able to take a photo of the product and send it to me so I can compare? Thanks

A: If you have a Full Exhaust System from Pro Circuit you would need to contact Pro Circuit directly for the specific replacement header. This header is made to fit with the Pro Circuit Slip-On Mufflers or the OEM Muffler. It would not be the same header that is sold with the Pro Circuit Full Exhaust Systems.
