Pro Circuit has numerous championship victories to their credit in the motorcycle and ATV industry because of their amazing performance, durability and style. The Pro Circuit T-4R GP Complete Exhaust is the same performance exhaust that the Pro Circuit factory race team uses, as well as factory Suzuki and Kawasaki, but made from stainless steel for maximum value. Pro Circuit developed the T-4R GP complete exhaust system to deliver improved throttle response and increase horsepower throughout the RPM range. As the T-4R GP Complete Exhaust system has been designed and constructed for race performance, it does not include a spark arrestor.

  • Top-of-the-line performance and power.
  • T-4R features stainless steel construction.
  • Tapered headpipe for better overall power from bottom to top end.
  • Specially designed mounting bracket for increased strength and durability.
  • Internal design reduces noise output; meets 94dB AMA and FIM sound limits.
  • Welded end cap design.
  • Silencer and end cap graphics.

Fantastic Exhaust

Ive had a few rides on this exhaust so far and i love it. after being frustrated from constantly getting dents out of my titanium fmf factory 4.1, i decided to try the stainless steel pro circuit out. i don't notice any difference in weight and the power is so much better. its also a lot quieter that the fmf and was a million times easier to install. and of coarse, it looks great

Mellow low end, Monster top end

I bought this exhaust for my 09 CRF450R. It's absolutely amazing how it totally changed the powerband. It took away a couple horses from the low end and added a few to the top end. Very smooth long powerband with a ton of top end. I don't like 450's with massive low end hit, so for me this pipe makes the CRF450R very easy to ride.

If I'm mounting this on a 07 crf250r, I'll need to rejet the bike. Anyone have an idea what jets to change out? Even pointing in the right direction?
Not really educated on carbs and which jets to change out etc.

Yes, You will likely need to re-jet your bike after installing this exhaust system. There is not a specific setting I could give you for jetting your bike. It would really depend on your location (altitude/temperature) and how your bike is running with the current jetting. Jetting can be very tricky, there isn't one setting that will work everywhere with every bike. I would recommend taking your bike to a motorcycle with a service department to have it properly jetted.

Fit kx250f 2011?
Hello, My friend is running this exhaust on his 09 KX250F but motosport says it wont fit that. It also says it wont fit a 2011. But I know I have already swapped with him and it was perfect fitment no doubt the correct fit. So could this be a mixup in motosport system? please let me know so I can place my order. Thank You Very MUCH

At one time this exhaust was available for your bike but it is not no longer made for your 2011 Kawasaki KX250F. Pro Circuit has replaced this system with the T-6 Complete Exhaust for your bike. Here is a link to the T-6: Pro Circuit T-6 Complete Exhaust

No, this exhaust is specifically for closed course racing. The end cap is welded on so there is no way to put a spark arrestor in it.

This particular exhaust system will not. If filter your search by selecting your bike it will bring up the version that fits.
