The product I received was exactly what I expected. I installed it in about 2 minutes and it has not made any noticeable drop in power.

I have a wr250r and wondering what size to buy?
Need to know what size of Pro Circuit Stainless Steel New End Cap to buy for my 2013 Yamaha wr250r

Depending on which muffler you currently have on your bike you would need to measure the canister diameter to determine if this PC end cap would fit your exhaust. Also, feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.

Will this fit my 2007 rmz450 with pro circuit type 496?

This insert should fit with your Type 496 PC exhaust. Another option, which is a correct replacement for the original end cap, would be the Pro Circuit modular exhaust cap.

No. This cap will not replace the older model rounded style caps.

Is this or the 4 inch version louder?

the 3.5 & 4" refers to the canister size/diameter, not how loud it is.

This cap will only work with the modern Pro Circuit mufflers that have a 3.5" diameter.

This is just a replacement end cap for the pro circuit t-4/ti-4. If you are running your stock exhaust i cant guarantee it will work.

2008 crf250r with t-4 dual pipes?
Will one order come with two caps? Does the 4 inch cap have a bigger hole than the cap that came with the pipe?
MotoSport Staff

If you order one, it will only come with one so for a dual set up you will need to order two. As far as the outlet, the 4in cap is specific to the 4in exhaust can, so your going to want to make sure you order the correct cap for whatever your exhaust can diameter is. The outlets are going to be pretty much the same size.

How will this affect the sound? Is it a noticable difference? Does it add more db?

This will not reduce any dB on the pipe. It is only a replacement end cap for the PC exhausts.
