I put these on a 2008 400ex.They were fairly easy to put on and they make my quad look sweet. They are light and they are pretty durable. If you happen to have or plan to get a skid plate make sure you put these on first so you won't have to deal with the skid plate getting in the way when you install the nets.

I like the way these mounted way better than the rock nerf bars, a little more difficult to put on, the real test will be when I hit the track again, now if I can just get moto sport to carry lonestar or durablue axles.
This set of nerf bars HANDS DOWN look the best and i have to say are made very very well .
Plenty of room on the foot pegs.
These foot pegs are sturdy as a rock.
I new pro armor made good stuff but they went allout on these.
Its well worth the money for these nerf bars.
CONS: NONE at all
INSTALL: very easy
Working with motosport is the best online purchising i had ever done smooth and easy, Almost to good to be true .
Put a set of these on my 400ex. They look awsome and function well. They provide plenty of room for people with big feet too. I wear a size 12 riding boot. The Wide pegs are great too.
worth every penny makes my quad really sick and they hold up really good
I bought these nerf bars for my TRX450 and i wear a size 12 boot. It is very hard to find heel gurads that will offer a comfortable amount of room. These are the best i could find so far and they look excellent. They are extremely durable and they offer a great net area as well. The name Pro Armor definately tells the whole story on them seeing at how durable they are. Also if they werent extremely good nerf bars why would one of the Greatest atv racers in the world Joe Byrd use them along with a whole lot of other pro racers.
I installed a set of these on my '03 KFX with a Pro Armor skid plate. Easy install, everything lined up like it should. No swearing or wrench throwing. The fat pegs add a great feel while standing or leaning. Best set of nerf bars I have used!
I have these on my ltr450 and my z400. I like the wide and extra long pegs, but the paint comes off pretty easy and then the pegs begin to rust. Of all the nerf bars, I think these are one of the best looking. However, the good things end there.
On my z400, they were okay, but the heal guards bent down about half of an inch because there isn't enough support on them. You can't tell by looking at them, but it makes it very difficult to line them up with the fender support. Other than that I liked them.
On the ltr450....they don't mount up right and I had to use a sledge hammer to get them to fit correctly. Then once they were on, they didn't line up with the rear fenders, so now my fenders are stretched and have a lot of stress on them.
When I when on my first ride with them, I took it easy because I was breaking in the quad. Well even taking it easy, the nets tore apart where they are sown together.
My BIGGEST complaint about these nerf bars on the ltr is that when I use 20 inch rear tires, they rub against the nerf bars!!!
I would NOT recomend these if you have an ltr450, but they seem to work fine on my z400.
For my 08' KFX450R
Strong, sturdy and lightweight- plus they look real nice..
Comes with a bigger foot peg than stock for a comfortable ride. Also has plenty of room for your heel.
Easy install. Install tip, make sure to leave all the bolts loose until you get everything connected, then snug them down.
these nerf bars look great on my kfx 450 theyre pretty lite compared to other nerfs i also like the fact that they bolt to the control arm instead of the frame the pegs are nice and wide and are easy to replace when they wear down the only draw back is that the heel gards arent very strong i dented it on the first ride with them
East to bolt up, they look great on the machine, I love the pegs (extra wide) makes a long day riding and pounding out motos a little less harsh on the feet.
