Holds up nice in rain, just wish i got a little bigger size because the vent sits right on the rear seat back rest making the vents sometimes act like a water intake.... Just make sure after it rains hard to lay it out and let it air out. Now that i have bobbered my bike i dont have that problem anymore. Love the pad lock holes and the reflectors!

I bought this top of the line stormex cover to protect my brand new 2015 R1. I live where it rains a lot and my bike sleeps outside so I needed to best waterproof cover I could get.
Went ahead and bought this and to my surprise looked very sturdy, well made. That was until I put it on my bike.
Oxford has managed to put 2 HUGE vents on the top of the cover that cannot be closed. This means that everytime it rains my bike gets completely wet. I have no idea what were the thoughts of putting these vents on the top instead of say.. the sides. But for a product called STORMEX it does completely the opposite. How hard can it be to engineer a WATERPROOF cover??
To say the least.. I´m quite dissapointed in the cover.
If you are buying it to keep the bike indoors... it´s OVERKILL as the material is thick and very protective but for outdoors it´s useles.
