Good boot for the price

First off, these boots run a bit large. My foot measures 11", and I generally wear anywhere from a 10.5 to a 12 depending on brand. With these boots I tried an 11 and had to swap them out for a 10. Even still, they might be a bit big for me, but they're snug enough to work. Being that these are a budget-oriented boot, there isn't much padding on the inside. Wear some good socks to avoid discomfort. Loads of ankle support and lots of coverage from the plastic panels give these boots some solid protection. Overall a decent option for those not wanting to blow a huge wad of cash for competent boots.

Q: So stiff...how do you break these in...will they soften up?

I had a hard time feeling my shift lever with these. I got home and moved my gear shifter up a little since the toe of these seem to be very thick. Any advice on breaking these in and being able to "feel" the shift?

A: Yes, most boots at this price point will take a few rides to break in and loosen up.
