Chest Measure around the fullest part, across the chest points, keeping the tape horizontal. Sleeve With elbow slightly bent, measure to the center back of neck, over point of shoulder to back of elbow and down to the wrist.
Torso Measure from the top of the shoulder down the front of the chest to top of waist.
Waist Measure around the narrowest part (typically the small of your back and where your body bends side to side), keeping the tape horizontal.
Hip Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape horizontal.
Inseam Take a pair of pants that fit you well and measure from the crotch to the bottom of the leg.
Glove Hand measure should be taken around the fullest part of the hand not including the thumb. If right handed, use right hand.
