A: The 2014 One industries Youth Atom Helmet is great helmet. The weight at 1150 grams is one of the lighter helmets for the protection it offers. It does meet/exceed the ECE2205 helmet standard which is Developed by the rather lengthily named United Nations Economic Commission for Europe, this is the most common helmet certification internationally, required by over 50 countries worldwide. It is approved for all competition events by AMA, WERA, FIM, CCS, Formula USA and the big one – MotoGP. This is a safe helmet and will would work great for off road racing.
