Q: I hear these helmet sizes run small. Is there any truth to that?

My head measures 22'' = small size. What would you recommend? My head is totally bald also.

A: The sizing chart we have on these comes directly from One Industries and the helmets should run true to the sizing on the chart. With your head being right at the max measurement for a small size the small helmet may be a bit tight for you. You may want to go with a Medium for a but more comfortable fit.

Q: What is the weight of this helmet? If my head size is 54.5cm will Small be a snug fit or a loose fit?

A: This helmet weighs 1350 Grams. With you being right between sizes, will make it a little tougher to fit. I prefer my helmets to be snug so I would go with the XS based on your head size as the small would probably be a loose fit. Keep in mind the shape of your head plays a large part in fitting a helmet and until you try one on it is hard to say how well it will fit your head specifically.

Q: Is this the same model as the mountain bike version? If it is not, what is the difference between the 2?
