I need to find a dampener for this model if you can direct me in the right direction. Got caught in a speed wobble and was told this would help. Thank god I pulled out of it! Thank you for your time.

A: This would be a replacement steering damper for motorcycles that are already equipped with this style steering damper. Stroke length would depend on the stroke length of the original damper.

A: The Ohlins Replacement steering damper is not designed for dirt bikes. They are for street and ATV applications. Stock, the Honda 2015 CRF450R has a HPSD damper from the factory that helps with cornering performance, not straight line.

A: This would be a replacement steering damper for motorcycles that are already equipted with this style steering damper. Stroke length would depend on the stroke length of the original damper. But from what I can tell the 2010 Kawasaki Z1000 would not have this style damper on it. Unfortunately, I was unable to find any hardware kit that would allow you to mount this stabilizer to your bike.

Q: What steering damper fit a 2007 V Star 1100?

I just triked my V Star 1100 and it has a little wobble in the front end. Is there a stabilizer kit that will fit this bike.

A: There is not a stabilizer specifically available for your 2007 Yamaha V-Star 1100. With some custom mounting / fabrication you may be able to use this Universal Ohlins Damper, but it would not be a direct bolt up for your bike.
