Lock on grips are fantastic!

I have a pair of these on my ATV, they have been very comfortable and durable. Sooo I decided to buy a pair for my dirt bike I was a bit curious how they would work out with the twist throttle on my dirt bike and to my surprise they were super easy to install, very comfortable and thus far they are durable. No super glue or wires that often fail.

Great grip!

These grips feel great and look amazing. No complaints!

My new favorite

They're a bit thicker than most (similar to Oury grips), which is my preference anyway. They're medium hardness, a bit stiffer than say Pro-Taper PillowTops but just barely.

Something that came up is that on some handlebars you're going to have to file the knurling on the clutch side to make these slide on. I ended up destroying one trying to beat it on before I wised up and whipped out some sand paper. It's a hassle. ProTaper bars didn't have this issue but a few other brands did (Tag, MSR, Turner).

It helps to heat up the clutch side grip with a heat gun before putting it on if it's a tight fit.

So far they're holding up great. I was going to safety wire them out of habit but the rubber is bonded pretty solid to the plastic base of the grip so I think they'll hold up just fine without the safety wire.

Favorite grips hands down!

Love the bolt on grips, no glue is super convenient. Love the extra padding you get with these grips, helps soak up vibration. Love em, dont plan on buying any other grips

Excellent idea! and so far an excellent product. Easy to install throttle side and the left grip I had to file a very little bit of the knurling off the bar. I like the grip feel also. Purchase was quick and easy as always with Motosport! I ride a 2005 crf450.

Great Dirt Bike Grips

Best Dirt Bike grips I have had. Particularly like the fact that they come mounted on the handles and you don't have to mess with glue or putting them on. Highly recommend and very prompt shipping.

Bolt on and no glue is a dream. Grips are super tacky and comfortable. I have no worries about my grips slipping and that has happened a few times over the yrs even though I thought they were properly glued.

I will never glue or safety wire another set of grips again, one of the best purchases I've made, will definitely order again

Great product

These grips are a snap to install. If you run bark busters, simply scribe the ends with a razor knife and snap out plastic, a very easy process. The grips are very good on the hands too. Some of our friends have used them on 24-hour races with very positive results and almost no wear. The throttle side comes with different cams for the make/model of your bike; just make sure it matches your existing throttle. The cams are very east to install.
This is a much better option to the slip on/wire tie grips we used to use.

Hand Pillows!

Awesome grips! Easy install and no more wires and glue to prevent turning/slipping grips. The pattern on the grip provides maximum grip while being comfortable for all day riding. I will be buying these from now on.

Amazing Grips

I've had these grips for 35 hours and they barely show any wear! Super soft and tacky. I will be buying these from now on.

Wasn't happy with the stock throttle on my crf450r so I purchased this set of grips that comes with a new throttle body and couldn't be happier . Thanks Motorsports for the fast shipping and for always having what I need in stock and ready to ship .

Q: Where can I get the lock on cams to match my bike, I bough these grips and the cam got a groove an started sticking and spinning to far?
If I can't get the cams than is there a way to get a refund on the used grips only used about 30 minutes because I will go back to cheap grips

A: Yes, you can get the V2 snap on throttle cam for your YZ450F. Unfortunately we do not carry them, but if you contact odi direct you can get them there. odi 1-951-786-4755
Q: Could the g2 aluminum throttle tube be used with these grips?

A: No. The throttle side grip in this set would include the throttle tube with the grip already installed on it. You would not be able to remove the grip to install it on a different throttle tube.
