Like a glove!

This cover is very well made and fits my 2012 GSXR 750 perfectly. The day after I received this cover we had a thunderstorm with very strong winds. Trash cans were flying down the street but the cover was barely flapping. The next day it rained again and then again for another two days. When the sun finally came out and I took the cover off, my bike was dry and clean. Ready to ride :)

Great Buy

I have this for my '13 H-D Ultra Limited and it's perfect. Covers all but the bottom couple inches of tire and keeps all paint and chrome out of the sun and rain. I also had one for my Yamaha r6 so I'm a returning customer and would recommend this cover to anyone

Excellant fit and quality

this cover appears to be of the highest quality and the price was very competitive. It fit my 2007 VStar 1300 with the tall wind screen and saddle bags like it was custom made for it. I haven't had it out in weather yet, but based on other reviews it should be rain proof. Will have further if it isn't.

Moldy in a couple of weeks

I used this cover for a total of about two weeks. It started getting moldy inside. I called Nelson rigg directly. They told me they had no control over mold growing, and I likely used the cover irresponsibly. They would not honor the warrantee. Really? Terrible product. Rude and irresponsible company.

Nelson Rigg Falcon Defender 2000 Cover

fits really perfect. a little tooo perfect to the point where its a little hard to put on because of the elastic bottom. i also have to readjust my mirrors because it gets too tight when putting it on and off. also the venting holes dont have any stiching on them so it looks cheap as if they got a hole puncher and just punched a hole in the cover. otherwise it works great so far.

Great cover

Fits great, very high quality. It comes with straps and rubber coated hooks so it won't scratch the bike. The elastic bottom holds tight and wind will not be a problem. Only wish it was a little longerin the back, doesn't cover the entire rear wheel.

This cover is fantastic. I have to park my bike on the street so it has to endure the sun and rain. I've had other covers that were "water-proof" that turn out to be the opposite. This cover is definitely water-proof. I have a 2008 SV and I purchased a Large and it fits great.

Well folks, what can I say about this product, It Is Awesome! I'm using the Large for my CBR 1000rr 2010 and it fits all the way down to the ground for a 100% coverage of the bike. This product does it's job as they say and my bike still looks a near new after using the cover for almost 9 months. I recommend this product for those folks who lacks a garage and won't be disappointed!

Best bike cover

This cover defines quality. I ordered a Large for my Hayabusa and have zero complains on fit and quality. If you have a 750-600cc sportbike I would recommend to get a medium size. You can feel the weigh of the quality fabric and Its a 100 percent waterproof too!

It is a great product in both quality and function

I'm very pleased with my purchase of the Nelson Rigg bike cover. It meets and exceeds all the claims and evaluations I had read. When ordering make sure you error on the side of getting a slightly larger size for a sport touring bike if you have hard side bags. I have a Ducati ST4s with hard bags and I had to return the first cover for a larger size. Other than that the cover is great.

Better fit than i thought

I ordered a medium size cover. Hopeing it would fit my 09 cbr600rr and 04 gixxer750 The fit on the cover is outstanding! Cover fits nice and tight at wheels with plenty of room on the back sides. If you added luggage to your bike you'll still be covered. 99% full "tire to tire" coverage! Gixxer has a high mount Devil "shotgun" exhaust and still has room to spare on that side. Can't wait to try it out in the rain! Cover is "thrown" on in pics and not secured as it normally would be. Cbr first gixxer second!

Awesome cover

This is an outstanding bike cover. Fits over a 2008 Electraglide UltraClassic very well. Tight elastic bottom edge holds cover firmly in place. Heavy weight material is completely water proof as far as I can tell. My bike is left out when I'm at my girlfriends and it's great to get on the bike at 7am and it be completely dry.

Used on '08 H-D Ultra

The only improvement I'd like to have is some way to pass the antenna's through the cover. The elastic is tight around the bottom but it just keeps it snug. I'm very pleased with this cover and the cost is much better than what H-D wants for their similar cover.

Q: Is this cover able to used onto a hot bike?
2 years 7 months ago
The same as below information below? 1. Nelson Rigg Falcon Defender 2000 Cover Wherever you park your bike this winter, it’s best to keep it covered. The Falcon Defender 2000 from Nelson Rigg is a good choice if your bike will reside outside. The cover is waterproof, UV-resistant and treated with an anti-microbial coating to prevent mildew. Vents ensure that moisture escapes while silver heat shields make the cover safe to throw over your bike while it's still hot. The Defender 2000 is available in several sizes, starting at $69.99. New this year are revised heat shield panels and a compression sack that makes it easy to stow, store, and transport your cover. Also will it fir a "Victory Cross Country Tour" Cheers Keith

A: I would really recommend waiting for the bike to cool down after riding to use the cover but the bottom part of the cover is made from a heat resistant material to keep the exhaust on your bike from melting or damaging the cover.
