Single night travel

I recently used the bags for an overnight trip. The bags have enough space to hold clothes for one night but not much more. The instructions say that its best to strap them on under the seat if possible. Well, on my bike that wasn't possible. The thickness and location of the straps once under the seat, would not allow the seat to go back in place.

Great Bags

Motosport was very helpful about which bags would be best on my bike. I got a perfect fit for a Kawasaki Z750S. They look great.

Shotty Stitching..

These saddle bags came apart after the first day riding.. Right at the seem where the plastic insert support is. Both sides.. After a week on the road they were completely deystroyed. I am currently persuing a return with Nelson Rigg.

Great Saddlebags

These saddlebags are great. They are of high quality, and they hold a lot of stuff. The only problem that I have with them is that they are a little big for my bike, but that's my fault.

Great product!

I use my 2000 Hayabusa as my main commuter vehicle and have wanted to get a set of bags for it for some time now. I stumbled across these in the motosport catalog and liked the size, appearance, and price of these bags. So I ordered a set. And I am glad I did. they look great on my bike and are big enough to hold what i need to carry. Great Product for a great price!

the con: After a few weeks of having them installed, one of the seams began to split. I contacted Nelson Rigg and they asked me to send them the bag. 2 days later i had a brand new replacement bag on my door step. this company stands behind their products 100%

Q: Best fitting saddlebags for an 05 gsxr 750?
I have a high swept pipe and am concerned with the fit. Planing to take it over 1500 miles and need a good set of luggage. What would you recommend.

A: These would be a good choice for your 2005 GSXR750 depending on what exhaust you have. Saddlebags are going to be a little more difficult to fit to sport bikes, but these are geared towards that application. Nelson Rigg makes good quality bags that hold up well and these are sturdy so they keep their shape even when empty. They will have heat resistant panels underneath to prevent damage from exhaust heat radiating from the muffler. They also include 100% waterproof liners in the event you get some wet weather on your trip.

A: Yes, it does. I'm using it with the CL-150 Expandable Sport Tail Pack on my K8 Busa with great results.

Q: Saddle bags for 999 and RC51?
I'm looking for a set of saddle bags to strap on my RC-51 and my Duc 999. How do your Nelson Rigg Classic Deluxe Bags attach? I'm concerned about the undertail exhaust on my Duc. How do I route straps around that thing? I really like the bags and want to order a set. Just can't figure out how they would mount. Thanks, Dave

A: These bags do wrap around the bottom of the undertail which would interfere with an undertail exhaust.
