I have a 2012 RMZ 450. I bought them to replace my OEM radiators because one had a hole in it. Fitment is excellent, except they come with a nut-sert at the bottom of the radiator. To retain your factory bolt holes because they bolt into the shroud you have to take out the nut-sert(drill out), and your radiator shrouds do not fit at the bottom the left-handed side of the radiator because the radiator is shaped different at the bottom than the factory one easy fix you can take a heat gun and heat up your shroud to change the shape. But still all and all they are a great replacement for your factory radiators and they are an upgrade from your factory radiators they hold more coolant

Put these on a 2011 CRF450R. Tight fit but work awesome. Definitely better built than the OEM and deeper profile which seems like it provides more cooling. Have ridden with them on and had no issues at all...trail riding in Michigan. I did have to buy a larger hose for the overflow as the old hose was to narrow.
Radiators are great. Way better built and stronger than OEM radiators. Fit and finish was great. The only complaint I have is where the overflow hose goes on. The nipples it to long and actually hits the gas tank. You can unscrew the nipple so I just unscrewed it and shortened it and it's good to go.
Yes, the cap side on your 2005 KDX 200 is the right side radiator. Yes, the stock louver will fit the SuperCool radiator.
