Great stuff, pun intended.

The only negative is that the supplied drill bit was extremely flimsy, 1/2 way through drilling out my first rivet, it snapped.

The kit is awesome, just remember to roll your core super tight, it can be a bear to repack in the casing.

All done
Simple kit

Re packed a m2 can for my zx6r,kit came with enough
Fiberglass mat to repack can about 3 times and more
Than enough stainless rivets.

A: This would be for 1 single muffler. For dual exhausts you would need to order a quantity of 2.

Q: I need a muffler repack kit for a OEM Honda CBR 600 F4i muffler. Could I use your product (Two Brothers Muffler Repack Kit) for repacking it.?

I need to reduce the sound level as low as possible, i.e less than 100 dBA.

A: You can use this packing in the stock muffler. Typically though the stock mufflers will have more packing in them than the aftermarket mufflers. You may need 2 kits to complete a whole repack on a stock muffler. A better option may be to purchase some of the FMF 4-stroke packing packages as they are a little less expensive and more universal. You will need to obtain rivets though as the FMF kits do not include rivets.

Q: How often should a muffler be repacked?

After how long should the muffler be repacked?

A: It depends on the type of exhaust. Usually you'll start to hear the muffler getting louder over time, which is an indication of needing replacement. 2stroke exhausts will need repacking more often than a 4stroke.
Q: What does a two brothers muffler repack kit do and how does it work??

A: All exhaust canisters are packed with fiberglass type material to give performance and absorb some of the noise. After time this material breaks down and need replacing. Two Brothers offers a repack kit specifically for their exhaust systems. This will not work too well with any other brand.

A: I would suggest to get some Hi-Temp silicone, but other than that you should be set.
