The MotoSport.com Michelin Pilot Road 2 Tire Combo includes ONE Front and ONE Rear Michelin Pilot Road 2 tire with the following features:

Until now, you had to make a choice: the grip of a softer tire - or the durability of a harder tire. But thanks to Michelin 2CT dual-compound technology, MICHELIN® Pilot® Road 2 tires offer both grip and durability in one tire. By integrating a soft rubber compound on the tread shoulders with a wear-resistant compound down the middle, Michelin gives you the best of both worlds. The Pilot® Road 2 tire is like two tires in one.

  • Rider confidence in challenging conditions.
  • 12 sizes covering 94% of all sport touring radial fitments.
  • The only dual-compound tire in the sport touring segment.
  • Innovative front and rear tread designs.
  • Notes: "B" version designed for loaded touring or two-up riding; "C" version is the O.E. tire for a Triumph Tiger 1050.

Michelin PR2 Tires better than 3 or 4

I've tried all the recent Pilot Road series tires and keep going back to the PR2s for my BMW K1200S. Excellent traction wet and dry, even wear, and longevity and the most confidence inspiring feel of any tire I've tried. Great performance all the way through the tire life. Lots of tires feel good when new but only the PR2 is still feeling good at 6k miles.
