Summit Industries bought Jardine years later and most recently in August 2012, SuperTrapp Industries, another exhaust company, acquired Jardine.

Today, Jardine exhaust systems use the latest technology like high tech CMM and vector infrared tracer machines and a host of other machinery that sounds futuristic like automated punch presses and CNC tube cutters and benders.
