How many teeth?
how much speed difference would it make to drop down two teeth on the rear sprocket. i just want it to run a little lower rpm when cruising 70-75. should i go with less teeth in back? more in front? give me your thoughts?? dont mind sacrificing a bit of lower end performance for this.

Removing teeth from the rear is probably the way to go as it will make sure you do not need to buy a new chain if yours is still in good shape being such a new bike. I would start with 2-3 teeth smaller on your 2013 CB500f which should make a noticeable difference.

Wat is the stock number of teeth?
i want to drag race my bike and is it down 2 teeth for more acc. n the back sprocket or should i get front sprocket?????

You can change front or rear or both. For drag racing you probably want more low end to get off the line faster which is up in the rear. For more top end speed you would drop teeth in the rear. Its the opposite for the front. Rule of thumb is 1 tooth in the front equals 2-3 in the back.
