Excellent Helmet - Excellent Service
Purchased 2 of these helmets for our newly purchased Royal Star. Love the fit, style, and the option for inserting the ear pieces for our intercomm/headsets. Like the weight over our full-face helmets. We've shopped around, these helmets seem to be about the best value for the dollar. Also want to promote Motosport and specifically Ryan. There was an issue on availability / shipping. I left an email before hours, had a call shortly after they opened and within approximately 1 hour he had found the helmets, upgraded our shipping to overnight, we had the helmets as scheduled for our holiday ride. Now that is OUTSTANDING customer service. I immediately placed another order for tires, and plan on ordering some additional riding gear from them. Keep up the good work.

EXO 200 XXLarge
I purchased this helmet to make commuting more bearable on hot summer days, while still maintaing a high level of protection. I wear a XXLarge in every other helmet I own. I would guess that Scorpion makes one size shell and use different lining to size it. The XXLarge uses almost non-existent padding to make the helmet this size. I had to pull the lining and form (grind) the styrofoam inner liner to make it fit my head. I suspect if you have a small head this helmet would be great. I hate to wear mine and am looking for a suitable replacement.

My second Scorpion
I bought a EXO-100 last year and love it but needed a helmet for the cold spring mornings in northern Virginia. The EXO-200 fits the bill. The quality of the materials and craftmanship far exceeds helmets I have owned from Shoei and HJC. The fit is snug but very comfortable. The shield is optically clear and only fogs up around your mouth area. The visor snaps on quickly and is very secure. The helmet is actually quieter with the visor on verses the shield. The ventillation system seems to work OK but I haven't had a ride on a hot day yet. The helmet is very aerodynamic. I feel no wind buffeting or lifting. The EXO-200 is an excellent 3-season helmet that I would recommend to everyone.

Best Bang For The Buck
This helmet is absolutely the best buy for the money, barr none. The flip up, quick change face shield is a godsend. The construction and comfort of this helmet are far superior to anything in this price range. The removable inside liner and padding are a definite plus for easy cleaning and defunking after a long, hot summer. And of course, Motosport delivers with Fast Shipping and the absolute best price.

Good Buy for the Price
I purchased a Scorpion EXO-200 open face helmet for my CVO Harley. I like the fact that the face shield has built in de-fogging capabilities. I find all the features equal to my Arai Helmet that I have for my GL1800 Honda and I found the service of your company very courteous and I received my helmet within a few days of ordering.

Would I buy again? Nope
This helmet was just too enticing, what with all the features, price point and reviews it received. But after buying, I thought what was all these people thinking! Yes it fits well, yes it is priced well at a good price point. The finish is good and the shield/visor are indeed easy to exhange. BUT, and let me mention both I and my brother bought one, the face shield creeps up at anything over 60 MPH. Even behind a windshield! IF, IF Scorpion fixes that I think it would be a great buy!

Two-way communications?
Are these helmets set up for two-way communications (i.e.: cut outs for ear pieces and boom mics)?

This helmet does have an ear pocket allowing room for a headset. The compatability will depend on the communication device, most should work.

Yes they are. They have plugs in the structural styrofoam, underneath the interior plastic fairing. Unsnap the cheek pads, remove two screws, remove the internal fairing, remove the plugs, (2" diameter x 5/8" deep) and insert your ear pieces. Then replace fairing. There are already slits in the fairing for sound. We have a J&M intercomm system, boom mike clips to side of helmet.

What are the EXO-200 helmets made of?
How much do they weigh and can you the shield and visor on at the same time.

They decribe the material as a composite engineered shell. The only weight we have is a shipping weight of 12 lbs. I'm sure some of that is packaging. The visor and shield are quick change but you can not use them at the same time.
