" I bought this cover after having one other cover that i bought locally sold with a previously owned bike. I'm currently using this for my 2008 Honda CBR600RR sport bike and i purchased the large size of this cover. This has proved to cover the bike well and the hooks on the bottom, felt on the lining and overall build have impressed me. i'm very happy with this cover. It is able to cover the entire bike, i do not have to fold the mirrors, and it is very easy to stretch with minimal effort. I've only had this cover a short while, but it's already been through rain, sleet, and snow and hasn't gone through to leave an impression on the bike. "

They say a large unless he has windshield, passenger backrest or saddlebags then they say to go to a XL.

Have inside lining and/or breathable?

It is made out of a treated Polyester that is a reletivly soft material and has a soft liner in the windshield area. It does have a ventilation system that prevents condensation build up. They say a large will fit a cruiser with no accessories so I think it would be fine for your application.
