Overall nice quality. I'm a big guy (320 lbs) and I had to modify the adjustment straps on the sides to fit me with my jacket on. Basically re-strung the bungie so that it only uses the bottom two rungs instead of using all three. After that, it works great.

Thought the sizing was a little smaller than expected the quality was great it makes me considerably more visible both during the day and at night. I bought this on the recommendation of a friend and I feel that is was 100% worth it and would recommend it to anyone looking to be a little more visible on their motorcycle. If someone says they can’t see you while wearing it they need to get their eyes checked.

This vest is perfect for wear if you are in the Military and need to meet PPE requirements. The vest is heavy enough to stay down even in strong wind and has excellent visibility in all conditions. I use the ID Card hold as a mini wallet when i ride. It holds my Military ID, Civilian Driver's license, MSF card, Debit card, and a couple different business cards from local bike shops. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a safety vest or if you are in the Military.

I love this vest! It makes me feel safe and noticeable. There's an inside zippered-pocket on the left side and velcro pocket on the back (outside) of the vest. I have my motorcycle MOM and vehicle information in the back pocket. Highly recommended!

This vest is very visible in all weather conditions, also for getting onto a military base the I.D holder works perfectly not having to get into your pockets or wallet with gloves on anymore. looks good to!

Love it!
I bought this for my husband and he loves it. He's a tall guy with broad shoulders and this vest fits him extremely well. He also loves the detachable piece on the front as he works on a military base and this makes it extremely easy to show his ID and/or license. I love it because the color is so visible and I feel he is safer while riding with this vest on.

The X-small/large should fit you just fine. I tried to find some reviews from real world riders and found a couple of guys that wore size 40 jackets. This size they said fit perfect. The only thing they did say is, if they were to be wearing a heavy winter type jacket with multiple liners and clothing layers underneath, it may get a little snug. It does have adjustment on the side to help create a tight fit so it does not flap in the wind.

I want to order the ICON MILITARY SPEC MESH VEST - and need it in orange (size large). But I don't see that color and size listed. Is it in stock? How do I get it?
