Product Description

M4 Exhaust manufactures exhausts which add power and a more race-inspired sound to your bike as well as lowering the overall weight. Extra time on research and development ensures your exhaust has the ultimate in quality workmanship, ease of installation, and the best performance possible for your motorcycle. M4 Exhausts are available in both Standard / Race and GP Series mounting configurations.

  • The GP Series mounts much lower and forward than stock, right near the right rider foot peg.
  • This mount will give you that "GP" look and sound.
  • Enjoy a deep, throaty tone from the lower RPM range through the mid-range - open it up and it screams MotoGP!
  • The M4 GP Series Slip-On Exhaust has a built-in baffle, tuning the exhaust note for a crisp head turning sound.
  • M4 has built a quality fitting exhaust that is a breeze to install; all mounting hardware and instructions included.
  • The GP exhaust system will shed some weight over stock to give your sport bike improved power-to-weight ratio.
  • M4 slip-ons are designed for use with the stock header assembly.
  • Flat black finish with a satin M4 aluminum name plate.

Note: All M4 systems are designed and intended for closed-course competition use only.

Awesome Noise
Great sounding exhaust. I don't really notice any performance upgrade but its looks and sounds great. It's loud but not to loud. Breaks in after a few days and really opens up nicely.

Awesome for the price
Easy to install just like other slip ons. Added a little rumble and looks better then the big a** chrome stock slip on. If you dont have the cash to drop on a two brothers this is the way to go.

Great slip on for price
I bought this exhaust mostly for a better sounding exhaust. If you want performance and power you need a full exhaust. I like the gp look to it and it gives your bike a better look.

GREAT EXHAUST "FOR PRICE"
I have the M4 Slip-On connected to the M4 Mid-Pipe..Obviously you can go get a MUCH better slip-on out there that produces more power and torque..But if your not looking to get a Full Exhaust YET. I recomend not just getting the M4 Slip-On, cuz you will notice a very slight difference in sound and maybe a gain of 1HP..If you delete the cat with the M4 Mid-Pipe with it, you are saving about 12LBS, It sounds GREAT, and I gained 8HP on dyno and a TON of torque..But on a cool day with right conditions, you can gain up to 10HP!!!..Now with the Slip-On being $239 and the Mid-Pipe being $179..Your getting descent gains for $420..Not as much gains as you would with a full M4 exhaust..But about 75% of the gains a full system would give out BUT a full M4 system is $879-$900...And the Midpipe and Slip-On takes MINUTES to install, where a full system, you would maybe want to take to a mechanic to make sure everything is sealed 100%, but even if you did it yourself, your talking around 2 hours work.....LOL SO TO END MY RANT, IF YOUR LOOKING FOR DESCENT GAINS FOR LESS MONEY AND ALOT LESS AND EASIER LABOR, GET THE M4 SLIP-ON WITH THE M4 MIDPIPE!!!...ME PERSONALLY, I WOULDNT GET A SLIP-ON UNLESS YOU HAD A MID-PIPE, CUZ IF YOU DO THAT, YOUR JUST DOING IT FOR LOOKS, IT REALLY DOES HARDLY ANYTHING ASFAR AS PERFORMANCE AND YOU HARDLY HEAR MUCH OF A CHANGE IN TONE.....

Great Sound and Appearance.
I bought this for my 2011 ZX-6R to replace the stock exhaust. Without a doubt a great investment; your motorcycle will have a much deeper and louder sound that others will respect. Looks great and feels solid.

Great sound/horrible instructions
I just finished installing it on my 2009 zx10r and let me just say that it sounds and looks amazing. My only downfall was that the instructions were very blan and not very informative but my real issue was that the bracket that holds the exhaust to the rearset does not fit at all.I had to use a zip tie until I can get something custom fabricated,

Great exhaust! 2012 r6
I have the cat box still on my bike while running this exhaust, and it still makes a noticeably louder and deeper tone which i love. As for durability i hit a cone while riding and it dented the outside of the can.

M4 GP Series Slip-On Exhaust - Black?
Hello MotoSport.com, I have a question about the "M4 GP Series Slip-On Exhaust - Black" product. I have a 2010 Suzuki Gladius SFV650. But when I use the selectors to pick my model, there is no "2010" option? The only years I can find the Gladius listed under is the 2009 and 2013 options. There is a price difference between the two, so I'm guessing they are different models. Can you tell me which I would select for my bike? P.s. I am a Canadian customer. are exhausts also shipped at $14.99 flat fee? What carrier do you ship with? Also, is there separate brokerage fees that I have to pay upon receiving the product? Thanks!

With Suzuki not releasing a full model line for 2010, some models do not have a listing. As far as the exhaust goes for your 2010 Gladius, it is the same as the 2009 model so if you select that one it will be correct for your model.

The M4 GP Black series slip-ons will weigh in right about 3 LBS. It will vary slightly depending on model but not a lot.

If i install this m4 on my 2012 r6 what do i do with the bitterfly that my stock exhaust has on it?

You will need to purchase the Exup eliminator from Graves Racing or your bike will just show a check engine light. That whole system is removed when you install an aftermarket exhaust.

To get the best performance of the exhaust you should get a programmer

Unfortunately, it is not possible to mount this style of exhaust without modification to any bike that isn't designed for a low mount exhaust.
