these lockhart frame sliders are very good looking except that when i got mine they are so small that are pointless if your hoping it will ever save your bike from a fall. when i bought these originally pictured them being nice and big like picture showned but in case for my zx6r they look like buttons, really disappointed on just the product

LP CF Frame Sliders

Easy to install. Very clean look. Worth the protection.

Look nice but Garbage

Dont get me wrong they look nice, but the bolts are not big enough to actually withstand a crash, which I did at the track and broke both completely off.

Great fit and finish

Installed on 2008 Cbr600rr, extremly straight foreward, great fit and finish. Instructions very easy to follow even though they werent needed. All in all a great product. Would recommend to any sport bike enthusiast that wants just a little more flash and the regular nylon sliders.

Location: Denver, CO

They look nice.. 2 stars for that. I wouldn't recommend these frame sliders. They do not come with 2 direct bolts as shown.. they come with 1 bolt and 1 brace which uses pressure to hold the plate in place. When you start hearing a loud whining/pinging type sound, don't worry it's not an engine bearing.. it's these frame sliders.

Location: Nashville, TN

I bought these to replace a set of sliders that bent after a minor crash. I got them for the carbon inlay and replaceable end caps. I am impressed with the look and quality. Install was a snap and they look great on the bike. Worth the money though I never plan on using them.

Carbon inlay frame sliders

Had these for a while pretty good in low speed situations when I layed my bike down in the driveway, not sure if they'll be that great going high speed. Be aware that they are shorter than what that picture may imply. Pretty good quality overall....definitely looks great!

How much body modification is needed, if any, to mount these on my 2004 honda RC-51?

Faring modification is required. How much is not stated. It usually means cutting a hole or widening an existing opening.

I'd do a google search for frame slider install 07 zx10r. There are lots of forums where riders walk you through it.

When it says "FITS" for my bike make, year, and model, does that mean it bolts right on?
I have a 1999 honda cbr 600f4, I am looking to get sliders, but would rather not have to cut my plastics because I have a brand new paint job. Will these bolt on or will I have to make cuts?

These will fit your bike, but you will need to do some modifications to your fairings.

Does it come in a pair?
I'm new to this, but does this come in a set of two? I see there are the frame slider and the frame (clutch) slider.. They look exactly the same. Does that mean that the come individually and one is for the right and other for the left??
