Product Description

  • Dynojet Power Commanders are one of the most efficient ways to get more power and performance out of your motorcycle with a reasonable price.
  • The Dynojet Power Commander 5 is less than half the size of the older Power Commander 3 making it easier to install and find a place for it.
  • The Dynojet Power Commander 5 is powered straight by the USB computer connection, no longer requiring a 9 volt adapter to program it to your motorcycle.
  • A 2 position map switching function is built in for maximum flexibility in tuning, however the map switch is NOT included.
  • Dynojet added a gear/speed input function on the Power Commander 5 allowing for map adjustments based upon gear and speed for maximum performance.
  • An analog input allows users to install any 0-5 volt sensor and build an adjustable table based on its input such as boost or temperature, making the Dynojet Power Commander far superior to anything else available.
  • With each gear position input connected, the Dynojet Power Commander 5 is capable of allowing each cylinder to be mapped individually and for each gear so that on a 4 cylinder motorcycle with a 6 speed transmission there could be 24 possible fuel tables allowing for maximum fuel to air mixture range.
  • For 8 injector motorcycles, the Dynojet Power Commander 5 has an increased capacity for adjustments going from 100/+100% up to 100/+250% for maximum fuel range.
  • The Dynojet Power Commander 5 has an enhanced 'accel pump utility' which increases the sensitivity range for maximum performance.

Its easy to install i got alittle confuse at first! but onces it on and have a good mountin spot on frame its awesome! when you have the right map for your bike and for the mods you have it gives it all the power you have been missing out on prettty much! if you hvae a chance to get your bike dynoed while installing i would defianlty do it and get all the hp you can out of it and it will help a bunch!

2011 Honda Shadow Phantom with Vance & Hines Short Shots Staggered Black, K&N High Flow Air filter, & Dynojet Power Commander 5. Shipping was fast. Easy to physically install (comes with excellent step-by-step installation guide for your bike), had to call Power Commander for some assistance when programming the unit. Once installed and programmed there was a noticeable increase in power output on my bike. Dynojet Power Commander 5 offers an EXCELLENT opportunity to "cheaply" increase the performance of your motorcycle.

If you are in to performance fuel injection tuning, this PCV is where its at. Its a great product allowing you to tune F.I. and Ignition for each Cylinder. Throw your bike on a Dyno n get to tuning!

I put this on my stock 07 Hayabusa last week. I could feel more power in it as soon as I first fired it up. My bike runs smoother and my throttle response was improved. Then my new exhaust arrived 4 day later. Remapping was easy and now after mapping. Let's just say you don't won't to find your self next to me at a stop light.

2008 zx 14
I bought the power commander 5 for my 2008 zx 14 and it plugs right in. The auto tune will work to, I just need to have a bung welded on the exhaust for the oxygen sensor.

PC III Just got simpler
The PC V is the latest from Dyno Jet and I believe it is better than its predecessor. Hooking up the PC V, on the zx-10, is as simple at 1 plug, maps are easy to get, gains in HP will be minimal until you use it conjunction with an exhaust system. There are a 1000 tuners across the US that can tune for DynoJet.
