Does this extention kit come with the brake mount ?

On models that require a brake mount it will be included. Not included will be the longer brake line and chain required to fit this product.

How many chain links should i go with?

The stock # of links on your bike is 116. We sell chains in 2 lengths 120 links and 140 links. I'd suggest getting the 140 and cutting to fit.

You will have to check with local law enforcement in your area for the answer to that. It would void your warranty if you have one on your motorcycle also.
