I would likely say you should be good with running the stock size front sprocket with this 60 tooth rear stunt sprocket. Since this rear sprocket is a 520 instead of 530 like the stock sprocket, you will have to convert to a 520 front sprocket and chain. The chain length is hard to say for certain, I would recommend getting a 140+ link chain and cutting it down to the exact length you need.

Unfortunately the largest chain and sprockets we would be able to order for your 2001 Suzuki GSX750F Katana would be a 530 pitch. Honestly, You may have to have a sprocket with a 630 pitch custom made for that project.

I have a 09 R1 and I'm not a top speed guy that much, I always rock it up when wheeling, which size sprocket would give me smooth easy up wheelie?

This will depend on what gear you tend to ride in and how fast you are going. Both of these will have an affect on gearing. The stock R1 has a 47t rear sprocket. Going to a larger rear sprocket or smaller front sprocket will help shorten the gearing and allow the bike to rev faster. Exactly what gearing you need will depend how much change you require for your riding style.

Unfortunately with gearing you are only going to be able to increase acceleration or increase top speed. You are unable to do both. Typically the stock gearing is a happy medium between the two, that allows good acceleration while still maintaining enough top end for freeway use. Going to a larger rear sprocket will increase the acceleration at the sacrifice of top speed. Decreasing the size of the rear sprocket will give added top speed but will cause you to lose acceleration. You will need to determine which way you would like to go and then can choose sprocket sizes accordingly.

Vortex doesn't offer it in chrome. You can get it chromed and it shouldn't affect it but you may want to research the process.

It depends on what you want to do, Going with the 60t on the rear is going to give you a lot of bottom of end but it's going to take away a lot of your top end speed so if you want to go up a couple teeth in the front to give you a little bit more of your top end speed back you could. It's all up to you though.
