i was on the verge of my clutch cable ripping but i knew i had some life left. so in a hurry i bought this motion pro cable cause i wanted to ride that weekend. and what do you know, my cable did break while i was out on the track. luckily i had the new cable. the motion pro cable went on with w breeze and i finished off the day. since then it has run soo smoothly and i haven't had a single problem yet. the only problem is that you have to make sure you remember how the old one came off, because it is exact length and if you dont get it right it wont fit.

This is about a quarter of the cost of the replacement OEM one for a Yamaha R1 It fit right into place no issues. My only complaint was that it looked like there was rust at the end of the cable, I could easily be mistaken and could have been a coating or spray. They shipped it very fast and was very pleased with it. Would buy again and highly recommend.

Excellent Aftermarket Clutch Cable
Motion Pro specializes in control cables, so it's no surprise that this cable was a perfect fit on my bike. I would say it's better than OEM, and functions very smoothly! When my throttle cables need replacing, it will be a set of Motion Pro cables from MotoSport. As a bonus in the package, MotoSport tucked in a 2013 sport bike calendar; how cool is that?

Excellent Clutch Cable
This Motion Pro clutch cable was easy to install. The quality was as good if not better than OEM; it replaced one with 24,000 miles on it, and may be the last clutch cable this bike will ever need. Prior to installing it, I lubed it with teflon spray from both ends. It works like a champ! Motosport even included a free sportbike calendar with my order--cool! Photo shows cable during installation.

This would be a direct OEM type replacement clutch cable. The T2 cable has thicker housing and thicker cable for more durability and less stretching.

The T2 has a special sleeve with is supposed to make it last longer, and the inside has a anti-friction polymer sleeve to prevent wear and rubbing.
