Good performer & strong...

The sprocket is very light. Never had issues with it. The black one makes the gold chain stand out and look real clean. Get a great deal with the chain, front & rear sprocket kit, a no-brainer.

Always happy with my Vortex products. Awesome quality, looks and super lightweight performance! Vortex is the only brand I use for the sprockets on my race bikes.

Bad investment

This was the third sprocket i have bought. it's the only one that i used up in less then 3k. the teeth wore way to fast for me. preformed very well though.

Not recomended

Bought this sprocket for my cbr1000rr and it did not last long. I was very disapointed with how little use you get out of it. This sprocket wears out way way too fast.

Location: Rochester, NY
Well worth it

This is a fantastic product. Very light weight. Performs extremely well. Had to adjust chain once after install so far. I stayed with the stock 530 chain. Only went up one tooth and didn't need a new chain. Very happy with the purchase. Looks great too!

You may need a longer chain due to the 2 extra teeth.

I have a 2008 ninja 250r and it has a 14 in the front and a 45 in the back if i increase to a 16 front and a 50 rear how will it effect it over all?

The question is what are you trying to do? Your current gear ratio is 3.21 and you'd be changing it to a 3.13. The smaller the ratio the more top end. In this case you'd have a little more top end speed but be a little slower off the line.

Can I get this in a 520 conversion for an '04 Busa?
I already have a brand new 520 chain and sprocket set, uninstalled. I just want a black Vortex rear sprocket instead of silver.

I show that we don't have that available. only 530 sprocket in black is available.
