I bought the 48mm driver to redo the seals on my 2015 KTM 450sxf (WP 4cs), it worked absolutely flawlessly, the way it locks together makes it very easy to use. It's a must have for doing fork seals.

Works very well! The rings are a little goofy but once you put it together it works just fine and doesn't fall apart. Makes installing the seals a pice of cake!

Must have for DIY'er!!

This tool made replacing the fork seals on my ancient USD forks for my 1990 CR125 a breeze, especially after trying, and ruining, a set without the tool. The price of this tool is a little steep for only being able to service one size fork tube, but certainly cheaper than taking to a shop and definitely justified by its ease of use. Plus, its fun to play around with its collar action even when the seal job is finished lol. Will last a lifetime and would recommend to anyone.

Does the job

I have several seal drivers, some with the pins and this one with the locking ring. The ring is nice because it holds the parts together when in use, but locking and unlocking the ring takes a few extra seconds. It works great, but if your rebuilding several sets of forks the ring tends to slow things down. The tool is well made, no real big complaints.

Yes. it IS worth the money.

Good design, sturdy, quality construction. Best reason to buy this though is I spent at least an hour (on one fork) trying to install the fork bushings WITHOUT the driver. got frustrated, ordered the tool- new bushings and seals installed on both forks in 30 minutes.

Must have for form service

The locking mechanism is a must have for working with expensive forks. The fact that it locks can save you from damaging the coating/fork inner while your hands are covered with fork lube.

Great tool!

Tool works smoothly and fits well.I have some older 2 piece units that have very small (thin) contact areas that are almost sharp! This has a good contact area ,especially giving the small amount of work are you have to work with.I've down several jobs and I can almost completely seat the seal with a slight downward twisting motion with out using it as a slide hammer...mainly because of the outer blue lock ring has a grippy sereated surface.

Excellent buy

I bought this for my 1999 cr250r and it works like a dream. Motion pro took the fit and finish and cranked it up to 11. If i ever found a way to break this thing i wouldn't think twice about buying it again. The lock ring is very positive and free of hassle trom dropping the two halfs.

AWESOME tool!!!

I purchased this tool along with the parts to rebuild my front forks. This was my first attempt at fork rebuilding. WOW! what an awesome tool! I work on cars for a living. I work on my motorcycle for fun. This tool made the job flawless. Drove in both the bushing and the seal perfectly straight. My only question is, does Motion Pro make tools for working on cars?
