Love this great helpful customer service and received quickly
Great product. Easy and fast install.
Just as described . Lightning quick shipping. Thanks for great transaction.
Great product. Shipped earlier than expected!
Ordered these skids on. Sunday and got them on Thursday. First I was impressed with the quality of the entire kit. Next it was time to install and that took all of a half hour. Now my Moose plow has the upgraded skids that are much easier to adjust. I would definitely recommend these!
Great service and fast shipping.
Great working with folks who know what is going on, problem solvers for sure.
1. Install the skid mount brackets on the rear outside corners of the blade with the 4 provided 3/8” x 3/4“ bolts and flanged
nuts. NOTE: Each mounting bracket has a long and short side. See diagrams below to determine the correct
orientation for you blade.
2. Install the skids with the spacers, washers and lynch pins per the illustration. The recommended skid height (for even
ground) is to have both skids and the wear bar touch the ground at the same time. Adjust the washers to the top or bottom
of the bracket until the skids are to the correct height.
3. If you want to run the blade off the ground slightly (for uneven pavement or gravel) with only the skids touching, move
washers and/or spacers to under the mount plate until you have the blade at the desired height. Stack any remaining
washers or spacers on top of the mounting brackets and install the lynch pins.
4. The adjustable blade stop position also has an effect on the skid angle. Increasing the blade stop position will cause the
skids to angle back slightly. All positions are fine for the straight blades. For county style blades we recommend using only
position #1 or #2 (least amount of blade angle) to keep the skids properly positioned.
