Nice upgrade!

I put these on my 2006 Ninja 500R. They really brought my bike back into the era it came from. In 2006, Kawasaki was still using the original turn signals from 1984. The Lockharts are cool but they don't "fit" my bike. I guess that's the one gripe I have about the fitment guide. I had to fabricate custom brackets to make them work on the upper cowling. My only other issue is because it doesn't "fit" my bike I lost the "always on" feature of the original turn signals. This is because the Lockhart's are two wire and not three wire. All in all, I love the new look of my Ninja with the Lockhart Phillips Razor LED Turn Signals installed.

Q: Only 2 wires, my fronts are 3 wire. Due to combo turn/park light? Will these do both turn and park on front? If so, how do you wire?

A: No. You will need a 3 wire turn signal to replace your 3 wire OEM signal.

A: Wiring required for installation is included with the turn signals.

A: Each turn signal has about 6 inches of wire with a male bullet connector attached to the end. You may have to splice in a longer section of wire and/or and different connector all together, depending on your application. I had to lengthen the set I installed on the rear of my 06 Ninja 500. I've attached a photo of the Lockhart and my original turn signal.

Q: Can these be used on the front of the bike as running lights / turn signals? Or do they only function as turn signals?

A: If you by-pass your flasher relay they can be running lights. Its dicated by how your wire them.

A: Unfortunately, as they come, they will only work as one or the other. Unless you have clever wiring abilities, then you could probably make them take on double duty. They only have two wires (positive and negative).
