Great upgrade for Hondas.

Installed in my 05 crf450r and work very well. No power loss noticed. This is a high quality kit and beats others I have used and seen. Swirl polished valves and quality machined parts. I am a Tool Maker so I look for quality machining. Would highly recommend. My bike pulls on my buddies 08 rmz450 so I am pleased.

Definitely a good product!

Its hard to compare before and after power, but there was definitely a lot of power coming from my CRF250R after I installed these!

Install and forget

Once you install these. Forget them cause they will continue to perform.

Fantastic

Fantastic product! Quality looked amazing out of the box and brought them along with my head to local shop to have seats cut and kit installed. Hour later I was home bolting everything back into specs and my bike roared back into life. Incredibly pleased with the product and my bike feels incredible with this intake kit installed. Cant wait to get back where I belong!

POWER LOSS!!!!!

I installed these in my 2011 KX250F serious power loss and awful starting when hot I changed to these valves because the oe valves were not lasting long at all. After using these I switched back to oe valves. They are lappable into the head and easy to install but if your gonna race the bike do not use them!!

Great Product

I installed these on my 07 CRF250R after fighting with the factory valves. I installed these along with stainless exhaust valves and have yet to adjust them after several hard rides, and a weekend at the dunes.

Outlasts any other brand

These valves are great. When first installed they have around a 5 hr break in period. After the valves settle and seat they are by far the best valves i have ever installed. I installed them in my 05 CRF 450 that has many motor mods because i kept stretching titanium valves. There is no power difference what so ever and with 20 hours on the new valves they have not stretched even .001 inch. GREAT PRODUCT

Valve job? Murphys law do it all

supurb machining, both springs & valves weighed excactly the same to the .ooo. If you dont or cant cut new ceats on your head this will cost you about another $75-100 at your dealer. Kit does not come with new cotters (retaining pins) but the old ones were just fine.
Let me take the time to maybe save you more head aches. if you are also switching out to a new piston, basically the top end do yourself a favor and also do the bottom end as well. in a matter of time that new fresh top end will blow out that bottom rod bearing. These motors turn some high RPMs. I reused the cam & cam bearings, retainer clips, intake caps& timing chain. Have over 15hrs of some hard riding, no wear on the valvaes yet. RUNS GREAT!!!!

Kibble White Valves

I installed these on my 2007 Honda CRF 250 R. I have about ten rides and races on them and they seem to be holding up well without needing shimmed liked OEM valves. I should have installed these a year ago.

Easier than I thought

My 2005 Honda 450X was in need of new valves and my friend told me about the Kibblewhite kit. Motosport got them to my door in just a few days. I put them in and my bike runs and starts great. I am very happy with my decision to use Motosport.com for ALL of my motorcycle needs. Thanks.

A: The kit for your 2004 CRF250x is indeed supposed to run double springs. It is not uncommon for companies to use dual springs to better help control the valves under high RPM conditions so they do not float. The spring bases are manufactured to work with these springs. These springs have a different thickness wire and the bases will be the correct height to compensate for this to put correct preload on the spring. For the valves you will want to lap them to the new head. It would be recommended to check with an engine builder to verify the old exhaust valves are in a useable condition. Typically when you have a new head it is common practice to install new valves to ensure the longevity of the valve train and to prevent premature wear of the valve seats. You only want to lap steel valves into the head and would not lap a titanium valve.
