Mule 610 Brush Guard Bumper

I ordered the bumper from Motosport. Saved about $65 and recieved it within 5 days. As I read in other reviews, the instructions were not to swell, but I was prepared after talking to a Kawasaki tech. The thing looks good, and I'm happy with my purchase, with the exception of one of the plastic plugs came melted and broken. It's been 3 weeks to date, and I have not recieved a replacement plug. Yeah I saved $65, but I've got about 8000 invested, and it's not quite right.

Mule Brush Guard

Not bad, but not as good as it could be. I didn't have any problems installing it, but more detailed directions would probably be beneficial to most people. Also on the lower mount it is just 2 "hooks" that go over the frame, would have been a lot more secure had they made it with a split collar that went completely around the frame. Overall it looks good, was easy to install, and seems pretty secure. I believe it will work fine for most applications. I was really happy with ordering from MOTOSPORT, they had the cheapest price on my item, it was easy to order and they shipped it fast and shipping was free.

Excellent product

other than the fact it had no instructions with it, it wasn't hard to figure out and it fit perfectly and opened some bump gates in west Texas very well

Does this OEM Kawasaki Brush Guard Bumper require any cutting or drilling of the plastic bumper? Is it compatible with a winch mount?

A: You should not have to do any cutting of drilling to install this bumper. It should be compatible with most winch mounting systems although it is hard to say without knowing what specific winch set up you are using on your Mule.
