Gets unnoticed while riding

I ride a Yamaha FZ1. The magnets keep the bag in place safely and it really gets unnoticed while riding, which the best compliment I can give. Zippers are good quality. The transparent layer on top is handy. Overall, the size is a bit smaller than I thought , but it is still a convenient size for a backpack. Transforming into a backpack can be a bit cumbersome, but I guess it is a question of getting used to it. I have not tried the helmet holder, though.I am not so convinced I want to get my helmet hanging over my butt. Overall, pretty happy. We'll see how it behaves with some rain.

Works Great!

I've Been really happy with this tank bag, its not to bulky but can hold a lot, doesn't slide around at all, and the backpack feature has been very nice.

Q: Does water resistant mean it can sit out in the rain and stay dry??

I want a tank bag i can leave out on my bike during a short downpour and not come back to wet clothes. Any other suggestions for a magnetic tank bag about the same size??

A: The water resistant bags will repel water and stay dry for short periods of time. On longer rides with extended rainfall I would suggest getting a waterproof liner. Some of the bags come with waterproof liners or covers.

A: There is one strap on this bag that would be able to be strapped up near the handle bars or triple-clamps to prevent the bag from falling off the bike. The main mounting points on the bag are the 4 high powered magnets. Also the bottom of the bag is made of a soft gripper foam-rubber material to prevent the bag from sliding around on the tank or scratching the tank.
