Hmf utility exhaust

Exhaust is really loud!! Especially when it gets wet. But to fix that just repack the muffler..... I love the exhaust nice deep sound and way better throttle response.

A must have

This pipe is a must have for all rancher owners. Great power, broad gains in low mid and high RPMs the sound alone will be enough to make you happy. The styling could be better. overall this pipe gets a 5 out of 5 from me

Is there a specific jetting for a 2005 suzuki eiger?

There is not a specific setting I could give you for jetting your ATV. It would really depend on your location (altitude/temperature) and how your ATV is running with the current jetting. Jetting can be very tricky, there isn't one setting that will work everywhere with every ATV. Normally when installing a slip-on only minor jetting changes are needed, if any at all. If your ATV is currently jetted properly you will likely not have to make any changes after installing this slip-on. I would recommend installing the exhaust and riding the bike to see how it is running then tuning your carburetor from there if necessary.

No. The HMF Utility Slip on Exhaust only comes with the muffler canister ONLY. If you need jets or a fuel controller, you will have to purchase that separately.

The HMF utility slip-on exhaust is listed for your 2005 Honda Rincon 650 quad. HMF Recommended Jetting for Rincon 650 2003-2005: Slip on:Stock Airbox 160 Main 2003-2005: Slip on: Modified Airbox 165-180 Keihin Round These settings were determined on our dyno at 900ft - 60F Improper air fuel ratio can lead to engine and/or exhaust system damage not covered under warranty.

On a 2014 Honda 420 rancher 4x4 SRA the exhaust pipe is solid from the muffler to the motor and has a o2 sensor. How do you install the slip on?
Top 1 Contributor

MotoSportExpert
Here is the notes from HMF for your 2014 Solid Axle Honda Rancher 420: When used with an HMF exhaust system, your 2014 Honda Rancher 420 will require the HMF Optimizer with O2 sensor bypass. If not used, poor engine performance will occur.

On my stock suzuki eiger 2005 can I just buy an HMF snorkel kit for it and put it on my stock exhaust instead of buying and whole new exhaust ?

HMF Utility Slip-On Exhaust is a designed as a replacement for your OE slip on section of the muffler. It does NOT replace the air cleaner or snorkel.

Unfortunately this exhaust is not available for your '97 Big Bear 350. I suggest giving us a call or sending in an email about DG Performance and what they have available. This exhaust is something we'd be able to order in for you. Customers@motosport.com

I would recommend looking at the HMF Quiet Core. It would help bring the sound level down on your HMF muffler by about 8-10Db. http://www.motosport.com/utility/HMF-QUIET-CORE-INSERT

With a slip-on installed and if properly jetted your ATV should run smoothly. The jet kit should come with basic settings to help you tune your carburetor for your location (altitude/temperature).
