Excellent product at any price

I recently purchased the is-16 and the fit is great xl is my size and fits very snug but yet comfortable and the helmet is light enough for all day riding and yet it's fit and design are well above the price point!!!!

A: That would depend on what you are comparing it to. The HJC IS-16 Helmet is going to be much less noise than an open face or no helmet but probably not as quiet as some of the higher priced helmets. The HJC IS-16 is a quiet helmet for its price point.

A: The sunshade is not permanently in the down position. If for any reason you don't like to use the sunshade it can be left in the retracted position where it is hidden in the top of the helmet.
