Yes, the rear brake line was free

I had been thinking of getting this type of brake line, and couldn't resist when the rear line was sent free. A great improvement in brake feel and stopping power.... and did I mention :), the rear one was free!!!!!

Made the FZ09 brakes 100x better

I always wanted to go from the rubber lines to steel braids as is typical for the fz bikes going from wooden and unconfident to actual brakes. A friend posted that Motosport.com was having a BOGO sale on the front and rear kits so I jumped on it.

All is well now to stop the bike

Length of brake lines

The front and rear Galfer brake lines are longer than the OEM lines. Routing of the rear line was able to accommodate the additional length by looping it toward the rear shock.
The front lines could easily have been made shorter. Routing them was difficult, increases the chance of rubbing and is not attractive. I should have called to request shorter lines be exchanged for the ones provided.

Best price online for brake lines

While searching for parts rebuilding an 86 GSXR 1100, I found not only does Motosport have the aftermarket bits I wanted, they also have some OEM items I will need so I decided to give them the business. After my order was placed, I was told one week for delivery and after week 3, I received the parts. Glad I wasn't in a hurry but hard to pass up the free rear brake line when purchasing front lines... no one else offered that
I would use them again

These brake lines are a great deal. They both went on easy and made it simple to install with the labels. Brake feel is smooth, consistent, and rigid during hard braking.

New Galfer SS brake lines.

Installation was a breeze. The brake lever and foot pedal feel much more positive and firm and offer delicate modulation of braking force. The brakes feel like I installed a "power brake" system. Definitely worth installing and it appears that the brake lines will outlive me.

Brake lines

These galfer brake lines really make a world of a difference when you put them on you bike. Its like night and day when it comes to the stopping power when you switch over to these. I have had them on my bike for the past 3 weeks and they have been just great, and the price I could not pass it up when it comes to buy the fronts and get the rear free. This was a really great buy for me
thanks

Make your brakes as good as they can be

Replacing older rubber brake lines can greatly improve your brakes. Swapping them is tedious if you've never bled a brake system before. I recommend using speedbleeders and/or a mityvac to expedite the process. Once the system is bled you will feel a big difference! I noticed that my brakes felt firmer once they began building pressure and was able to adjust my lever closer to the bar after that. If you're concerned with lever travel before braking occurs look into rebuilding your master cylinder. I did that, installed these lines, rebuilt my calipers and put on new brake pads and my brakes are as good as they ever were new, if not better! Don't forget to order some brake fluid.

This thing lasts a long time

I've had a couple Galfer brake lines and they have always performed well. I've never had one break or bust on a trail. And, I've never had one fade after a long day of riding.

I highly recommend changing out any rubber brake line for the Galfer
Steel braided brake line kit if you want a consistent feel every time.

No fade

These lines eliminate the flex that is found the the stock lines. It makes the lever feel alot firmer. I dont know why I didnt buy these sooner.

Quality lines with great lever feel.

I was really impressed with the improvemement in braking performance with these lines. nice solid lever feel with minimal lever pull needed. Im a front brake dragger when cornering in ruts and have not felt any fade once everything heats up.

I installed these lines front and rear and combined them with the Galfer sintered pads. couldnt be happier with the brakes now.

Better than oversize rotor set up

As everyone knows the kx450 has spongy front brakes. The braided line stiffens up the whole feel of the brake while adding power. Most guys who went for an oversize rotor should have just gotten the braided line.

A: For your 2012 Kawasaki ZX6R it would be a single line coming off the master cylinder just like stock. Feel free to give us a call at 888-676-8853 and we would be happy to help you out with your order.
