The redesigned PowerBomb is a four-stroke header that incorporates FMF's patented PowerBomb module at a precise location in the initial stage of the header. By positioning this "Bomb" at a key point in the system, increased performance and flow is achieved through the expansion and contraction of exhaust sonics through the system. Result is a flow increase of nearly 10%! The outer chamber in the PowerBomb allows the air to expand, cool and ramp back up at a higher velocity.
Additionally, the PowerBomb is a "pre-muffler" of sorts which helps to lower the bike's sound output by providing more sound absorbing surface area for the sound medium (exhaust gases). On some models, choices can be between a moto or Supercross version. The Supercross version is designed for more low to mid-range power where the moto version is focused in the mid to upper RPM range.

I noticed a big difference in power. I dropped my bike once and didnt do any damage but my boot rubs on the power bomb and makes black on it but it does come of easy with a brillo pad without scratching the pipe

Huge gains in power and looks good. The only issue was I dumped my bike at very slow speed and it hit a SMALL rock which put a small dent in it. It seems my steel pipe put up with more abuse than this one. I was expecting titanium to be stronger.

Does this fit with th fmf slip on pipes?
i bought a new fmf power core 4 slip on pipe but now i need a new header... will this work?

I have a 2004 WR 450 and I have used with fmf power core myself along with factory WR and YZ pipes. I purchased the stainless steel version in 04 and has held up with no dents or bends from the occasional drops or crashes.
Would this fit on my 04 crf250r slip on would i have to re jet it if i put this head pipe on?

are you referring to an FMF slip-on? If so, yes this will compliment your exhaust system just fine. If you referring to the stock exhaust, FMF will not claim their header pipes to work or fit properly with the stock/OEM silencer. If you don't have the FMF slip-on, I would suggest investing in that first before the header. You'll get more performance from the slip-on than just the header alone.
