Does the job

Needed a backpack to use during school between classes. Good size. Seems durable. Thick plastic. Shoulder straps are comfortable. Using in place of a sling bag. Worked out great.

My son loves it... And so do I.

Love that I can see my kid from a mile away. One and only complaint is that it doesn't fit a standard sized binder very well. (Just barely squeezes in there and we had to struggle with the zipper to go around it). Honestly though, no one really likes binders anyway, and if we had to choose, we would rather have this awesome backpack.

Good Backpack

Bought this for my son to use as a school backpack. It is a good size and should do a good job. It appears to be built pretty good and should hold up well. The color is very bright and makes him visible in crowds. Good for a school bag.

A moto centered review

For the money, a really good deal!

Bought this as a high-vis pack for riding (DRZ400S). I highly recommend hi-vis everything. Main compartment fits a pair of sneakers and spare face shield/goggles, plus room for a 6 pack... or tools or whatever. Could potentially hold about 20lbs of gear securely and reliably if it's spread out. Easy to put on over my riding armor. Easy(ish) to take off (easier than my last pack). Doesn't bounce around as much as I expected. Mesh elastic pouches on the side could hold water, but I would limit it to 8 or 10oz each. They don't look strong enough for liter bottles. I'm expecting this to last more than one season, but will update if that changes.

Stitching: Much better than expected. No loose threads, or missed seams.

Materials: reasonably thick padding on straps and back rest (could be thicker). Probably not great as an all day pack. Semi waterproof, and the silk screening is very thick. Thicker than I'd like, but not really a problem.

Straps: Are thin and look like they wouldn't survive a lowside, which is a good thing. Don't want the pack to catch on anything in a slide, or when hitting the dirt. I actually want them to break in a slide

Only con is the packaging from the factory put a crease in the silkscreened paint, that now looks permanent. This doesn't affect the performance of the bag is is pretty hard to see, but I'm OCD.

It's a great backpack

If your using it for school, it doesn't have any room to carry your pe clothes or your binder if you use a big one but it's small and durable it fits all my school books all my snacks (I take a lot)) and it's perfect for me I would recoomend for the price it's 110% worth it

My Kid loved it

I bought two of them one for my Son and Daughter of which are in High School. and Green and Black. Their friends say they are awesome, no one else in school have them and they are top of the line. I love ordering through MotoSport. Even T-shirts and parts.

Q: Is this bag made for wearing when riding? In other words, does it have a strap for around the waist?

A: No sorry the Fly Jump Backpack does not have a strap around the waist.

A: It's fine for road riding and light off-road. No waist strap, but it seems to be pretty stable. It bounces around too much for hard enduro and single tracks. Pulling the straps tight helps a lot with side to side movement, though.
