Each peg is two pieces that are screwed together and bonded quite well. The peg itself is turned from a single rod of aluminum, while the peg base is machined from a solid block. Very light, and quite sturdy. However, fitment can require a bit of adjustment (light sanding with fine-grit paper works great). Peg ends are a bit slipperier than I like, so adding 'teeth' at the end with a Dremel was the only solution. Very inexpensive pegs, so don't feel bad about making modifications!

Knew they qere cheap before I ordered so I wasn't to shocked when they didn't fit. I have tried these on multiple diff year R6's and have not found one they fit. Appears the pin/bolt hole is not located in the proper place. Dont watse your money.
Yeah, they look a lot stronger then stock til you have to shave off half the material to make them fit a 2002 R1! Highly disappointed!
Originally I had broken my OEM pegs and just wanted a quick cheap replacement, however after putting them on (simple) I thought they would loosen or slip but with my shoes or my riding boots havent had any problems I would recommend these for a quick replacement or cheap depending on your budget but I did like the feel of the OEM's better, however thats just my personal opinion.
When ordered I thought it would take the full 4 days to arrive, it only took 3. The foot pegs fit perfect on my 2003 GSXR 600. They look great also. Would recommend.
