Wiseco Pro-Lite 2-Stroke Piston Brett - Atlanta Only piston I will buy "Can't say enough about wiseco pistons. I've used 4 or 5 different brand pistons over the years and from here out I will stay with wiseco. I get more hours out of them than anything else I have tried and even when I have had a failure the piston has always took the damage and left my cylinder in good shape which is nice cause cylinders are much more expensive. The only trouble I had were installing the clips and that's my fault because I didn't use the proper tools to do it with. Also can't say enough about Motosport, my stuff was here quick, undamaged and packaged well, better price than almost everyone, and even got a couple cool little freebies. Will definitely be ordering here again in the future"
A Wise Man Builds Pistons
One day in 1940, Clyde Wiseman began making pistons in his garage on the east side of Cleveland. Initially his creations were for himself and a couple of friends. As with all high quality products - word got out. A year later, Wiseman founded Wiseco Piston.
Wiseco is now headquartered in Mentor, OH and their garage is a 150,000 square-foot facility with state-of-the-art forging and CNC machining equipment. Today, Wiseco manufactures clutch baskets, crankshafts and camshafts among other components but the company's name is synonymous with pistons. In fact, the Wiseco piston is the only U.S. manufactured forged pistons for the motorsports market.
