The MICHELIN T63 TIRE COMBO includes one T63 Front and one T63 Rear tire.

MICHELIN T63 tires are an economical choice in on / off-road tires, with a knob pattern inspired by the Dakar-winning MICHELIN Desert tires. They're well-suited to small-displacement dual-sport and trail bikes that are used mainly off-road.

  • Tread pattern derived from Michelin's highly successful Desert tires, for exceptional traction off-road.
  • Excellent stability and durability.
  • High level of grip on the road.
  • Reinforced knobs resist tearing and abrasion on asphalt.
  • 'S' speed rating for highway use.

Great tires

Tires work great for the street, gravel roads, dirt roads, or light trail riding. So you will want to think about what type of riding you have in mind.

Wearing well

I have had these about 10 days. I have put 400 miles on them so far. 100 miles of street the rest is gravel and 2 track. They are wearing well, no chipping or strange patterns. They are a more round profile than what I had before. It gives them a good ride on the street, especially for a knobby tire. They tend to want to slide out a bit in the gravel under lower throttle. I find that if you get on the throttle they become more controllable. They are not quite a full dirt tire but are a great compromise. I am running 18 front 15 rear. They would probably do better in the dirt if you went down a little more, but I am on and off the pavement too often to go any lower.

Michelin T63 DRZ 400S

I ordered these for my son's dual sport (07 DRZ 400S) and he loves them from the first ride. His stock tires were shot, but the best that could be said for them was they were round and held air. These new michelin's are a great balance of a decent street tire and far more dirt worthy. He rides a lot in a small town (school, store etc) but mostly to get to the trails. The first comment he made was... "I can ride so much more confidently with this more aggressive knob style pattern, but it's also fairly smooth on the pavement". Now only question is... how long do they last?

DOT Knobby is what this is

Have ridden about 100miles so far mostly in the dirt. I couldn't tell the difference in my full knobbies vs these. On the road the rear is wearing a bit but heavy acceleration will do that on this type of tire so no fault of the tire (KTM 500 EXC). So far, so good.

Dual Sport Ready

I bought my dual sport with knobby's so loud, I couldn't hear after a ride. Sure, they were great in the dirt, but... So I went with a more streetable tore and suffered off road (translate wrecked) These tires are the perfect blend of on/off road tire for the money. I will run them bald and buy another pair!

Great Dual-Sport Tire

So far so good. Great looking tire and awesome performance. I'm very confident taking tight fast turns on the pavement. I've only tested it off road on fire roads and they are far better than the stock Trailwings on my DRZ400. Can't wait to get more miles on em!

T63 tire combo

I have the Yamaha XT225 dual sport. This is the perfect tire for those of us that spend 50% of our time on road and 50% of our time off road. This tire combo is very affordable, and being Michelin is high quality.

Great Tires

This is the 1st set of dual sport tires that I have used that I did not want to take off right away. Great grip in the dirt, street vibes not too bad. Very pleased.

A: These Michelin T63s would be an excellent choice for your CRF450X if you are looking for a 60/40 mix. Of course, riding conditions will play a big factor in choosing a tire. How focused you are in the tire performing well in off-road conditions will be important when deciding as well. A comparable tire to this would be Pirelli's MT90 series.

A: Michelin sizes their tires with a bit different profile than most tire brands. The best sizing combo in this tire for your KDX would be a 90/90-21 Front and a 110/80-18 Rear.

A: In this Michelin Combo the closest matches to your stock tires would be a 90/90-21 front tire and a 120/80-18 rear tire. The tires will basically be the same size as your stock tires but will have a slightly different profile to the tires.
