I first started using these inserts five years ago on my 96' YZ 250 with Renthal CR Low 7/8 bars and I continue to use this product on my 07' KX250F I havent had arm pump since I first purchased them back in 2006! Amazing product!

It works
A great additon to my fat bar. They make a difference. I'm not sure what it is the handle bar, anti vib inserts or the few tums I take every time I go out but by hands feel much better and no more arm pump.

They do help reduce vibration some but they are easy to install but make sure you have new grips to install after wards.

Great Product Support
FASST makes great stuff and great product support. I am confident these inserts will help for anyone riding a 2 -stroke that gets arm pump. The only problem is if you cut your bars down (mine are 30") the insetrs will not fit. I ended up cutting a couple inches off th ends of the inserts to get them to fit far enough into my bars so that I could install my bark busters. The other option is to get them machined so the diameter can be made smaller so that you can shove them further into your bars. If you don't use bark busters you may be o.k. In any case I almost had to cut each one in half to get them to fit which seemed like a waste but they seemed to have helped a great deal. They are very well made parts and I hope some day to be able to afford their Flex bars as well.

Just put the insert into your bars with the allen head facing out then tighten it down. The grommet on the inside will expand locking it into place.

These are inserts for your handlebars that help absorb vibrations. What that means is they help with arm pump.

The Anti-Vibration bar inserts helps eliminate the vibration and abuse sent to your hands, arms and wrists while riding. They were given a 10 out of 10 in the product test in Transworld Motocross Magazine.

What It Is

Fasst Company Anti-Vibration Bar Inserts are small weights that you insert inside the ends of your handlebars to help kill the vibration transferred to your hands through the grips.

The difference is easy to detect from the moment you fire up your motorcycle, as the buzz transferred through the handlebars is drastically reduced. For riders who are not very sensitive to changes made to their bikes, Fasst Company suggests installing one side at a time, with a ride in between to detect the difference in feel. With years of experience using the inserts, we need no convincing of their benefits.

Misses

The inserts add approximately 1/8" to each side of your handlebars. Super-sensitive riders might want to trim their handlebars to compensate for the added width.
