Alpinestars Tech-10 Boots - Vegas LE Alpinestars Tech-10 Boots - Vegas LE Scrubs - Lake Havasu City, AZ, USA A very good purchase "Over all the boot is very nice I think it was around three rides and it felt broken in I bought a size 9 and it fit perfect on my foot. Feels like a shoe when you were it. But I think they should make the toe a little stiffer. I do love the soal of the boots there very comfortable. so far haven't had any issious with the boots. there a very good buy"

Leatt Hydra 4.5 Chest Protector Leatt Hydra 4.5 Chest Protector SteveB - Menlo Park Leatt 4.5 Hydra review "Previously had the Zac Speed Recon S3 chest protector / backpack combo. Served me very well but after 5 years of weekly riding it was toast. Zippers shot, 3 water bladders, cracked plastics. It is also currently unavailable in the USA. Initial reaction to this new 4.5 Hydra was subdued; the chest protection was shorter, and it didn't feel as solid as my Exotec. I was thinking it may not stay in place. All my concerns about movement were unsubstantiated. Once it settled ( 1st few minutes) it stayed put. I've fallen & it stayed put. I've ridden in nasty sticky mud & light rain & my stuff was 100 % clean & dry inside. The following are NIT PICKY things that could stand an upgrade: 1) The water hose & bite valve do not draw as much water in a single gulp as my old setup it seems like more work to drink. The bladder itself had added a chemical taste to the water. After 2-3 vigorous washes in hot soapy water it was gone. 2) My old Zac Speed set up had a strap that was low on the back and attached higer on the front that would effectively de-weight the heavy backpack ( tools & water ). It really worked well! It would be a wonderful addition to the next gen. of this model. 3) The rain hood /flap over the zippers is thin material and keeps jamming the zipper. A minor, but regular irritation."
